Lemora Solutions is a healthcare technology company building tools for therapy and post-acute care teams. Our first product, Tempo, is a therapy scheduling and operations platform designed around the real rhythm of skilled nursing, rehab, and outpatient therapy.

Healthcare software should earn its place on the screen. Too much of it adds clicks, adds steps, and asks clinicians to work around its limitations. We are building the opposite — tools that absorb the complexity so clinical teams can focus on patients, not process.
Our north star is simple — if the software gives a clinician meaningful time back every day, it is doing its job.

HIPAA compliance is not a feature bolted on at the end. It is baked into how we model tenants, encrypt identifiers, and audit every mutation from day one.
Workflow over features.
The best clinical software follows how a team actually works. We favor predictable flows, readable screens, and interfaces that stay out of the clinician's way.
